Seduction - Self Help Guide












SECTION 1 - DOING IT


MINGLE
- move around while shooting small talk at people. NB: This is the one and only MUST, when it comes to seduction. Majority of those failing at romance, do so just because they never realized this.

AURA OF SULTRINESS - picturing something arousing and allow that arousal to control body and facial expression. Highly recommendable, partly because it cures shyness, and partly because it makes you more appealing.

TOUCH - touch people briefly to underline points and emotions during conversation. Touch people more/longer when a romantic vibe is growing. Highly recommendable!

INVITE - whenever positive vibes, invite people to go somewhere. "Lets sit over there!" "Lets dance!" "Lets get some fresh air!" "Lets get coffee!" "Im hungry - what food do you have at home?" ... The more you do this, the better. It creates good vibes and feeling of togetherness.

CTION 2 - BOOSTING SEX APPEAL



NUTRITION - eat 80% animal/bird/sea foods and 20 % plant foods. Plant foods should mostly be nuts and low starch vegetables. (Eliminating sweets, grains, fruits and starchy vegetables.)

HEAVY LIFTING - do a routine focusing on increasing strength in dead-lift and squat. Example is Starting Strength by Rippetoe.

POSTURE - avoid bench press and similar lifts if upper back is rounded. Form habit of:
-Head, neck and shoulders pulled back.
-Chest out.
-Belly pulled in.

Green: Push forward. Red: Pull back.


STYLE - bad odors can ruin everything. The right clothes can make you much more sexy.

Firstly, fix any odor issues if you got them:
-Bad breath: floss!
-Smelly feet, groin or arm pits: Eliminate soap. Use just water and a scrub or peeling product.
-Stubborn fungal infections: Google "athletes foot" to find home remedies....
